EZ-Solutions ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our ERP portal at https://portal.ez-solutions.co, including our optional integration with Intuit QuickBooks Online.
1. Information We Access and Collect
Our application reads and processes specific business variables directly through the authorized QuickBooks REST API after you complete OAuth authorization. This includes tracking transactional elements such as:
- Names of customers and suppliers (vendors)
- Outstanding invoices and sales records
- Purchase orders and bills
- Payment status and processing metadata
- Ledger-related configuration required for sync
We also collect information you voluntarily provide through the portal (for example, user account details, customer onboarding forms, and business contact information).
2. How Your Financial Data is Handled
We use your collected QuickBooks database profiles solely to process internal ERP workflows on your behalf. We strictly enforce a no-sale framework: your core company transaction ledgers, inventory tables, and client identification details are never sold, traded, or shared with third-party tracking or advertising engines.
Data is used only to operate the ERP portal, synchronize authorized records with QuickBooks when enabled, and provide support you request.
3. Token Management and Data Security
All OAuth credentials, active request Access Tokens, and background Refresh Tokens are heavily encrypted at-rest using secure cryptographic ciphers within our database environment. API transactional transfers operate exclusively through Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2 or higher) connections.
Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel. We encourage you to use strong passwords, limit user roles appropriately, and disconnect QuickBooks integration when no longer needed.
4. Data Retention
Business and sync data is retained for as long as your organization uses the portal and as required for legitimate business, accounting, or legal purposes. OAuth tokens are removed when you disconnect QuickBooks from the portal.
5. Third-Party Services
When you connect QuickBooks, data flows between our portal and Intuit's services under Intuit's own privacy and security policies. We do not control Intuit's handling of data within QuickBooks Online; please review Intuit's Privacy Policy for details.
6. Your Rights and Choices
You may request correction of account information, disconnect third-party integrations, or contact us regarding data inquiries at info@ez-solutions.co.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
