End-User License Agreement (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the custom ERP portal operated by EZ-Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"), accessible at https://portal.ez-solutions.co. By accessing or using this portal, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Scope of License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these terms, EZ-Solutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this custom ERP portal solely to manage and process business financial data originating from your authorized Intuit QuickBooks account.
2. Integration with Intuit QuickBooks Services
This portal facilitates communication with Intuit QuickBooks Online via data application interfaces (APIs). You acknowledge that your use of QuickBooks services is subject to the Intuit Developer Terms of Service and applicable Intuit end-user agreements.
You are entirely responsible for keeping your Intuit account login keys, Client Secrets, and access tokens secure. You may disconnect the integration at any time through the portal settings.
3. Data Accuracy and Financial Responsibility
EZ-Solutions acts solely as an automated integration pipe to transfer data between systems. We do not audit or verify the ledger balance, invoice computations, or customer parameters transmitted to QuickBooks. You retain full operational responsibility for tax filing accuracy, regular balance matching, and overall financial bookkeeping compliance.
4. Termination and System Disconnection
You can remove our application's data read/write link at any moment by clicking "Disconnect QuickBooks" within our platform management dashboard (Settings → QuickBooks). Upon disconnection, the real-time syncing of operational transactions will stop immediately.
We may suspend or terminate access to the portal if you violate this Agreement or applicable law. Upon termination, your license to use the portal ends, but sections regarding data responsibility and limitations of liability survive.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of third-party services including Intuit QuickBooks Online.
